Carlos has lived in Austin for the past 26 years. After a career practicing law, graduating from law schools in Mexico and the US (University of Texas School of Law, LL.M. 2004), Carlos decided in 2005, to apply all his legal knowledge and professionalism to assist buyers and sellers in the Austin area as a real estate agent.

Closing nearing 200 million dollars in Real Estate, Carlos has been a top selling agent in Austin and has been the number #1 Listing Agent in The Ranch at Brushy Creek since 2013, one of the premier subdivisions in Cedar Park (North Austin). After 18 years in real estate, he still enjoys working with his clients, buying, selling or renting homes in the Greater Austin Area. Carlos has been the number one selling agent in the City of Cedar Park (volume closed) since 2015.

Carlos enjoys spending time racing go karts, playing tennis, water sports at the lake, but mainly spending time with his wife and four boys. Carlos has completed the Austin Marathon, two Olympic distance triathlons, and two Tough Mudder races.

His 3rd son Diego has joined Carlos’ real estate team. Together they now not only assist clients with homes in North Austin, but also buying and selling downtown properties. Diego brings a young perspective to the team with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing and a deep knowledge of downtown Austin living.

Born and raised in Austin,  Diego has developed an interest in real estate from an early age.  In 2023 Diego joined his dad Carlos Ojeda, an Austin real estate top agent with 19 years of experience and close to $200 million in sales, who has been an invaluable mentor and teammate.
